My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with handy shops nearby, but the room was a mess and not very clean. The service was reasonably hospitable, and the dining experience was lovely with delicious breakfast options. Overall, it was somewhere to rest at the end of the day, but improvements are needed in room cleanliness.

The room I initially checked into was a mess and not very clean. However, after informing the reception, I was given another room, but the toilet didn't flush properly, the bed was lumpy with springs poking out, and the shower didn't work well.

On the bright side, the service was excellent, with the staff going the extra mile to cook us a free breakfast even after it was supposed to end. The location was convenient for our needs, with good takeout options and shopping areas nearby, along with good amenities provided. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the communal areas, with mold present. The dining experience offered a basic continental breakfast that closed before the scheduled time, but the Mediterranean dishes were freshly made.
